Full job description

  • Can work in a fast paced environment (peak hours) while maintaining product quality.
  • Prepare simple hot food and quality beverages based on the SOPs.
  • Greet customers, record orders and process payments.
  • Explain menu items, service & recommend products to customers.
  • Coordinate orders with BOH and serve food & beverages.
  • Handle stock-take & replenishments.
  • Ensure cafe cleanliness daily by clearing tables, sweeping/mopping floors, washing dishes and servicing restrooms.
  • Maintain a neat and clean dining area.

Your responsibilities other than making drinks will include ensuring customers are being tended to, as well as performing other FOH duties as necessary, providing the highest quality of service throughout the entire duration of their customer experience.

Must know how to calibrate espresso machine.
