Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR team in a manufacturing environment. The intern will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, training coordination, HR documentation, and external liaison with government departments or agencies. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical HR experience in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, interns, and contract workers.
  • Maintain and update HR documentation, employee records, and attendance data.
  • Assist in HR administrative tasks, including leave management, overtime tracking, and compliance reporting.
  • Support employee engagement activities such as company events, training, and welfare programs.
  • Help prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and communications.
  • Provide support in official dealings with government departments, statutory bodies, and external agencies (e.g., immigration, labor office, PERKESO, EPF, MITI, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
