We are a professional Cruise Manning Agency currently recruiting skilled and passionate candidates for international cruise ship employment opportunities. Join a dynamic team and build your career while traveling around the world.
Waiter / Waitress
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and explain menu items.
- Serve meals and drinks in restaurants, lounges, or dining areas.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests.
- Handle guest requests and resolve dining-related concerns professionally.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and cruise hospitality standards at all times.
Galley Steward
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.
- Wash dishes and maintain sanitation in the galley.
- Assist cooks and chefs with basic kitchen support tasks.
- Dispose of waste according to ship hygiene procedures.
- Ensure all kitchen operations meet safety standards.
Chef de Partie
- Manage a specific kitchen section such as grill, pastry, or sauces.
- Prepare and cook dishes according to cruise standards.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff within the assigned section.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with safety regulations.
REQUIREMENT
Age: 18 to 35 years old
Malaysian nationality
Language proficiency: English
Experience in a related role is preferred
