We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our dynamic team! This internship program offers valuable hands-on experience and insights into real-world business operations in various departments including Logistics, Human Resources, Administration, and Supply Chain Management. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop practical skills, contribute to ongoing projects, and gain industry exposure in a fast-paced working environment.

Job Description

  • Support day-to-day departmental operations, including data entry, documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks.
  • Assist in organizing and managing inventory records, delivery schedules, HR files, or administrative systems based on department placement.
  • Participate in ongoing projects and contribute ideas to improve workflows and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/suppliers when necessary.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors or department heads.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Internship duration: Minimum 3 months.
  • Strong willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Team-oriented with good time management and organizational skills.
