Full job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Dispatch & Delivery Coordination

  • Coordinate daily dispatch of e-commerce orders
  • Prepare and follow delivery schedules and assign shipments to approved couriers
  • Verify order details, invoices, and delivery documents prior to dispatch

2. Security & Internal Control

  • Verify an item against system records before handover
  • Ensure correct packaging, security seals, and tamper-proof methods are applied
  • Report discrepancies, delays, or security issues immediately

3. Documentation & System Records

  • Maintain proper dispatch records for audit and reconciliation purposes
  • Ensure all delivery documents are completed and properly authorized

4. Courier & Logistics Liaison

  • Liaise with courier partners for collection, delivery status, and issue resolution
  • Monitor shipment progress and follow up on delayed or failed deliveries
  • Arrange re-delivery or return processes when required

5. Ad-Hoc Packaging Support

  • Assist the packaging team during peak periods or manpower shortages
  • Support packing of products according to SOP and security standards
  • Ensure correct labelling, documentation, and order matching during packing

6. Cross-Department Coordination

  • Work closely with distribution channel, e-commerce operations, and inventory related departments
  • Support investigation of delivery or packaging discrepancies
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors as required

Job Requirements

· Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

· 1–3 years’ experience in dispatch, logistics, or e-commerce operations

· Experience handling high-value goods (luxury items) is an advantage

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Good coordination and time management skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

· High integrity, trustworthiness, and confidentiality awareness

. Able to work on Saturday, 2 off day per week

Pay: RM1.00 - RM2.00 per hour
