Overview
Are you passionate about history, culture, and sharing your city’s hidden gems with visitors from around the world? We are seeking experienced tour guides to lead engaging tours for diverse groups of travelers. As a Tour Guide, you’ll design and deliver memorable city tours, adapt to guest interests, and provide outstanding service.

Duties

  • Design custom itineraries showcasing your city’s highlights and lesser-known attractions
  • Lead small and large group tours, sharing stories and insights in an engaging manner
  • Prioritize guest satisfaction, responding to their questions and needs
  • Offer unique recommendations and tips to enrich the travel experience
  • Adapt and innovate to ensure each tour is unique and memorable

Skills

  • Strong public speaking abilities to confidently address groups of varying sizes.
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Effective time management skills to adhere to tour schedules while accommodating guest needs.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and engagement among tour participants.
  • Teaching aptitude to educate guests in an engaging manner, making learning enjoyable.
