Full job description
Environmental Science (M) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a motivated Town Planner to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of planning consultancy projects, with additional exposure to environmental-related projects such as EIA and SIA.
Job Responsibilities
- Involve in Planning Permission (KM) submissions and planning documentation.
- Assist in preparing LCP, Layout Plans and feasibility studies.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and local authorities.
- Participate in meetings, authority submissions and site visits.
- Support planning and environmental-related projects (EIA/SIA).
- Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Town Planning, Urban & Regional Planning or related field.
- Candidates with planning consultancy experience will have an added advantage.
- Knowledge of LCP, Layout Plans and planning submission processes is an added advantage.
- Exposure to EIA or SIA projects is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Good communication, report writing and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or GIS software will be an added advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
