Responsibilities:

  • Plan daily truck schedules for JB–SG, SG–JB & JB–KL routes
  • Coordinate with drivers and customers on loading/unloading time
  • Prepare job documents (DO, PL, CIPL, customs K1/K2)
  • Monitor truck location & progress
  • Handle delays, breakdowns & last-minute changes
  • Update daily trip records for invoicing

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics/transport preferred
  • Able to communicate in English, Malay & Mandarin
  • Strong coordination & problem-solving skill
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel/WhatsApp/Email)
