Location: Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur or Penang

Responsibilities

• Review and assess medical reports and related documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and suitability for motor insurance claims evaluation.
• Evaluate case documents in accordance with internal guidelines to support medical assessment and determine the need for specialist referral where applicable.
• Assist in providing medical and scientific information to internal stakeholders and clients under supervision.
• Liaise with legal firms and claims teams to facilitate clarifications and follow-ups regarding medical documentation.
• Review specialist medical reports following examinations to ensure key findings are addressed and consistent with the available medical records.
• Support case coordination and administrative processes related to medical assessments and claims documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS), Nursing, Healthcare, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyse medical documents accurately (training will be provided).
• Comfortable using email and basic computer systems.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage documentation carefully.
• Able to follow structured processes, internal guidelines, and timelines.

Job Type: Full-time
