UOB Customer Care Consultant (Customer Service)

Salary:

* Degree/Diploma holder with >1 year CC experience: RM3,300

* Degree/Diploma holder with <1 year CC experience OR SPM/Foundation/STPM with >2 years CC experience: RM3,000

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Attending to inbound calls only and assisting customers inquiries pertaining credit cards

- No Sales and out bond call required.

- Ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Job Type: 6 Months Contract (Contract to perm)

Schedule: Monday- Sunday (Rotational) (2 days off)

Working locations: Level 11, UOB Plaza 1, Jalan Raja Laut (New Building), Level 15, Menara UOB, Jalan Raja Laut (Old Building), or Level 13, Menara Citibank, Jalan Ampang

(All nearby Public Transport)

5. 12pm - 9pm

6. 1pm - 10pm

7. 2pm - 11pm

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
