TELEMARKETING & SAVE TEAM (ASTRO)

Tarikh Kemasukan: JULY 2026

Kekosongan: 20 jawatan sahaja (terhad)

Pengenalan Jawatan

Kami sedang mencari calon yang bermotivasi tinggi, berkeyakinan, dan berorientasikan prestasi untuk menyertai pasukan Telemarketing & Save Team di bawah Astro Malaysia.

Peranan ini melibatkan komunikasi secara langsung dengan pelanggan melalui panggilan telefon bagi mempromosikan produk serta mencapai sasaran jualan yang ditetapkan.

Tanggungjawab Utama

  • Mengendalikan panggilan keluar atau masuk (outbound/inbound) berdasarkan data yang disediakan
  • Memperkenalkan produk dan perkhidmatan syarikat secara jelas dan profesional
  • Mencapai sasaran jualan harian, mingguan dan bulanan
  • Memberi penerangan tepat berkaitan promosi, pakej serta terma dan syarat
  • Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan dengan baik serta mengekalkan hubungan yang positif

Waktu Bekerja

  • Isnin hingga Jumaat: 9:00 pagi – 6:00 petang
  • Dua (2) Sabtu bekerja setiap bulan (mengikut jadual)
  • Setiap hari Ahad CUTI

Gaji & Faedah

  • Gaji Asas: RM1,900
  • Komisen: RM800 – RM3,500 (berdasarkan prestasi)
  • Elaun Kehadiran: RM200
  • Latihan disediakan (terbuka kepada lepasan baru / fresh graduate)

Syarat Kelayakan

  • Minimum SPM (umur 20 tahun ke atas)
  • Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris
  • Pengalaman dalam telemarketing atau jualan adalah satu kelebihan
  • Berdisiplin, komited dan berorientasikan sasaran
