Full job description

Location: Fenix Inn Hotel, Melaka Raya

Requirement: aged 20–30 years old

Job Responsibilities:

Front Desk / Receptionist

* Greet guests warmly during check-in and check-out

* Handle room bookings and guest details in the hotel system

* Receive payments (cash / card / online transfer) & issue receipts

* Respond to guest inquiries via walk-in, phone, or WhatsApp

* Provide assistance and information to guests in a friendly and professional manner

* Handle guest requests or complaints promptly and politely

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area

* Record daily transactions and prepare basic reports

* Assist with light operational tasks when needed

✅ Requirements:

* Aged between 20–30 years old

* Computer literate and able to communicate well in both English & Malay

* Willing to work on shift and during Public Holidays

* Able to rotate shifts, including evening to late-night shifts

* Willing to work overtime (OT) when required

* Must be able to work well in a team and follow instructions properly

* Candidates with relevant experience in hotel front desk, reception, or customer service will be given preference.

* No experience? Training will be provided

* Friendly, hardworking, fast learner & customer-oriented

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
