Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other drinks according to the recipes given.
• Ensure beverages are prepared correctly and meet the required quality standards.
• Help customers place their orders and choose drinks from the menu.
• Answer customer questions and assist with any complaints or concerns.
• Keep the store, counter, and equipment clean and well maintained.
• Assist other team members with daily duties to ensure smooth store operations.
• Carry out additional tasks as instructed by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• No previous work experience is required.
• Willing to learn and follow the training provided.
• Able to keep the workplace clean and organised.
• Have good communication and customer service skills.
• Follow safety procedures when preparing drinks and operating equipment.
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
