About the Role

Elixr Labs Sdn Bhd is a growing functional wellness company looking for a reliable and hands-on Production Assistant to support our packaging and production operations. This full-time position is suitable for someone who takes pride in their work, is punctual and enjoys working in a structured manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Folding and assembling packaging boxes and cartons
• Filling and packing sachets into product boxes
• Packing finished products into master cartons
• Checking that products are packed neatly, accurately and according to company standards
• Assisting with general production and packaging activities when required
• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation throughout the working day
• Following all hygiene, food safety and workplace safety procedures

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, food production, packaging or an FMCG environment is preferred
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and able to work at a consistent pace
• Punctual, responsible and reliable
• Able to follow instructions and complete repetitive tasks accurately
• Able to follow hygiene and safety protocols on the production floor
• Willing to assist with different production duties when required

Additional Qualifications

Candidates with the following will be given preference:

• A valid Food Handler Training Certificate
• A valid typhoid vaccination certificate

Employment Details

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Lunch Break: One-hour lunch break from Monday to Thursday and a two-hour break on Friday for Muslim employees to attend Friday prayers
• Total Working Hours: Eight hours per day
• Location: Gelang Patah, Johor
• Work Arrangement: In person

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
