As our business continues to grow, we are looking for passionate and service-oriented individuals to join our Airport Retail Pharmacy team at Kota Kinabalu International Airport.

Job Description

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will support daily retail pharmacy operations while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced airport environment.

This role offers exposure to international customers, healthcare retail operations, and long-term career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with healthcare, wellness, and pharmacy product inquiries
  • Support Pharmacists in daily pharmacy operations
  • Perform cashiering and sales transactions accurately
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock when required
  • Maintain cleanliness, product displays, and store presentation
  • Assist with promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities
  • Deliver excellent customer service to local and international travelers
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Job Requirements

  • SPM / Diploma / Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in Retail, Pharmacy, Customer Service, Healthcare, or Sales is an advantage
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable working in shift schedules
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge preferred
