We are looking for passionate individuals to be the face of our café! Individuals who enjoy hands-on artisanal coffee preparation, delivering an authentic Vietnamese coffee experience – brewing coffee using traditional phin (drip) methods, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are committed to delivering friendly, efficient, and high-quality service — WE want you! at our flagship outlets.

What You’ll Do

  • Learn and brew traditional Vietnamese phin coffee (training provided)
  • Brew Vietnamese coffee daily using phin (drip) brewing methods according to Cong Caphe standards.
  • Prepare and serve coffee and beverages consistently and accurately.
  • Welcome customers and provide friendly service
  • Operate POS systems and handle transactions correctly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and café hygiene standards
  • Ensure order accuracy and timely service, especially during peak hours.
  • Support daily café operations, including stock checking, preparation, and restocking.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs.
  • Work closely with team members to create a welcoming and efficient café environment.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Malaysians only
  • F&B experience is a bonus but not required
  • Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented
  • Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Passionate about coffee and customer service
