About the Role

The Recruitment Consultant - Technology is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technology positions while building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role partners closely with clients and candidates to deliver high-quality talent solutions, from job qualification through to successful placement and post-placement follow-up.

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Your Contributions as a Recruitment Consultant - Technology

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, business objectives, and workforce requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology positions, from job briefing to successful placement.
  • Recruit for a wide range of technology roles including Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Product, Project Management, and IT Leadership.
  • Develop sourcing strategies using job advertisements, LinkedIn, talent databases, referrals, networking, and headhunting techniques.
  • Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates to assess technical capabilities, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Present qualified candidates and market insights to clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication between clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare candidates by providing interview briefings, company insights, and role expectations.
  • Support offer management, including salary negotiations, offer acceptance, and onboarding coordination.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and candidates to ensure a positive hiring and onboarding experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technology professionals for current and future hiring needs.
  • Monitor technology hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market movements to provide value-added advice to clients.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and pipeline reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Achieve individual recruitment, placement, and business development targets.
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, client requirements, and recruitment best practices.

The Key Competencies to be a Rockstar!

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years of recruitment, sales, account management, or business development experience is preferred.
  • Experience in technology recruitment is huge advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Commercially driven with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, resilient, and able to work independently.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an advantage.
