Warehouse Executive jobs in Kapar

• To assist and support Logistic & Warehouse Manager in daily warehouse activities such as stock count, dispatch of finished goods, incoming or receiving of packaging materials, update and record the finished goods status and arrangement for local collection & delivery and export dispatch, to coordinate with internal and external service providers such as Operation team, Logistic and 3rd party transporter, etc for the dispatch or collection of goods.
• Assist and help to monitor the activities carry up in Production, Warehouse and third party warehouse (if any).
• Suggest and feedback on the strategic or direction given by Operation and Assistant Logistic & Warehouse Manager in improving warehouse and increasing productivity & efficiency.
• Assist Customer Service, Operation especially Planning team and Logistic team to update and monitor warehouse and operation activities that related to local delivery and export shipment in order to reduce the downtime, increase productivity and minimize or eliminate the communication break-down issue.
• Provide suggestion or feedback on the implementation of process or work flow to reduce problems in the Warehouse and any 3rd party service providers such as 3rd party warehouse, customer and transporter.
• Work closely with Planning team, Supply Chain, Operation, Logistic and Customer Service for collection of goods activities in the warehouse (inclusive of 3rd party warehouse).
• To support and assist Logistic & Warehouse Manager for the continuous improvement of Warehouse in term manpower utilization, forklift safety, process flow, stock control and warehouse management.
• Coordinate closely with Supply Chain and Operation team to ensure the smooth operation of warehouse activities including container stuffing, local dispatch and documentation works.
• As a back-up to support Logistic for the 3rd party transportation arrangement especially for Process Oils business in term of delivery and dispatch via local or export arrangement and shipment.
• In-charge and taking care the FMS (Forklift Merit System) with the support from Management, HSE committee and Warehouse Supervisors.
• To assist and support Logistic & Warehouse Manager and execute all the relevant tasks that related to Warehousing and other activities like documentation works and filling.
• Assist and support Logistic & Warehouse Manager to compliance with local custom regulations and HSE regulations or policy, also maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard.
• To assist and coordinate with third party Service Providers such as ISO tank operator, Flexibag operator and surveyor if necessary for the smooth operation especially for the domestic and export requirement.
• Assist Strategy Partner (United Oil Company), Customer Service and Operation team for shunting, shipment and dispatch activities when there is a special request or requirement,
• Assist Account department and Supply Chain Department for the month end and year end stock take.
• Extend the support and assist Logistic and tank farm for the stock monitoring and control of raw materials such as base oil, additives, concentration, as well as semi-finished goods like lubricants/blended oil from strategy partner or supplier or customer.
• Assist and support Operation team in verification of security seal (for export) and other items that require by 3rd party service provider such as forwarding agent and custom.
• Assist and support QC, Business Development and Customer Service for any of the customer complaint that related to Warehouse issue or goods rejected from the customer.
• Undertake any other Warehouse related task as deemed appropriate.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
