Full job description

Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

Work Arrangement:

  • Monday - Friday (9 am - 6.30 pm)
  • Saturday (halfday)

Responsibilities:

● Pack products accurately into appropriate boxes, according to established

guidelines and standards.

● Maintain organized packing stations and work areas to facilitate efficient and

smooth packing operations

● Inspect products for defects, damage, or discrepancies before packaging to ensure

that only high-quality items are shipped to customers.

● Count and verify the quantity of items and orders being packed to ensure accuracy

in the order fulfillment process.

● Managing the store and inventory including but not limited to, overseeing stock

levels, maintaining proper stock records, and implementing effective store

management practices.

● Assist in unloading and receiving of goods

● Perform manual labor tasks, such as lifting, carry, staking

● Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines

● Perform scheduled cleaning activities to maintain cleanliness of warehouse

● Any other duty assigned by reporting officer

Requirements:

  • Physically fit
  • Good attitude
  • Able to converse in English & Chinese

Note: We are looking for Malaysian workers who are interested in working in Singapore. We will apply for a work permit for the selected candidate.
