Full job description
Receiving & Inspection
- Receive incoming goods and verify quantities, descriptions, and quality against purchase orders.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor.
Storage & Organization
- Label and store products in the correct locations according to warehouse layout.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of storage areas.
Picking & Packing
- Pick items accurately based on order lists or system instructions.
- Pack and label items securely for delivery or transfer.
Dispatch & Delivery Support
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from trucks or containers.
- Ensure all outgoing shipments are complete and documented properly.
Inventory Control
- Conduct regular stock counts and update system records.
- Assist in cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
Safety & Housekeeping
- Follow all warehouse safety rules and use proper PPE.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Other Duties
- Support other warehouse functions as assigned by supervisors.
- Coordinate with other departments (QC, Admin, Transport, etc.) when needed.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
