Brew Crew Opportunity

Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to assist the Warehouse department in day to day administration work, including to receive goods from suppliers/Outlets, picking and packing goods before distribute to all Outlets.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Warehouse

•

Pick and pack items that need to be sent to outlets.

•

Prepare all the DO for the next day's delivery.

•

Assist Warehouse Supervisor in recording inbound & outbound items.

•

Monitor morning loading process.

•

Assist Warehouse Supervisor on weekly housekeeping of the warehouse.

•

Assist Warehouse Supervisor on monthly stock count.

Production Storage

•

Accurately record and monitor all inbound and outbound stock movements.

•

Prepare and issue stock requested by the Production team for daily operations.

•

Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the storage area.

•

Submit a daily stock balance report to the relevant stakeholders.

•

Ensure FIFO and FEFO implemented for good issuance to production.

•

Support receiving officer as and when required.

•

Work with stakeholders for daily operation and update any discrepancy and gap found.

Your Ingredients

•

Good communication and organizational skills.

•

Attention to detail.

•

Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations.

•

Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.

•

Preferably have 1 - 2 years working experience in warehouse or in similar position.

•

Experience in operation forklifts (Optional).
