JOB PURPOSE

To ensure the efficient receipt, storage, issuance, and control of materials, equipment, and inventory by maintaining accurate stock records, safeguarding company assets, and supporting operational requirements through timely and compliant warehouse activities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

  • RESPONSIBILTY & ACCOUNTABILITY
  • Assist Warehouseman on daily activities such as receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, equipment.
  • To conduct stock count and physical verification of material & equipment.
  • Ensure materials are stored in dedicated storage area with proper labelling/markings.
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse and storage yards to ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the Executive, Warehouse/ Warehouseman.
  • AUTHORITY
  • Stop work authority: unsafe act or unsafe condition / behaviours that threaten danger or imminent

danger to person, equipment, or environment.

  • MINIMUM JOB FUNCTION
  • To ensure material receiving & inspection process is going smoothly without jeopardizing project requirement.
  • Ensure strict compliance of Company’s policies, procedures, and practices.
  • To maintain accuracy in inventory documents.
  • HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT (HSE)
  • Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with Company’s QHSE Policies
  • Empower right to stop work when there is unsafe act or unsafe condition
  • Ensure good health, safety, and environment (HSE) practices

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
