Full job description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding property projects and services.
- Attend to walk-in customers, phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on property developments, pricing, promotions, and booking procedures.
- Assist potential purchasers by arranging appointments, site visits, and consultations with Property Consultants.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal departments, bankers, solicitors, and developers to facilitate smooth sales transactions.
- Assist customers with documentation, booking forms, and administrative matters related to property purchases.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
