RM 1,000 to 1,500 a month for 10 hours a week. Travel days pay double, flights, hotel and food are covered, and there is a bonus for every trip.

I run a small business and I travel most of the time. I need one person to keep my week organised while I do that.

The work: sort the updates I send you into what needs doing, what needs deciding, and what can wait. Keep a system I can look at once and understand. Remind me about the things I said I would do. Book and rearrange plans as they change.

What you need:

• Based in KL
• At least 6 months in an assistant, admin or ops role
• You use AI daily, Claude especially, and can show me how
• Your own method for tracking work
• A Malaysian passport, and the ability to travel on about ten days' notice, three to four days at a time, sometimes over a weekend

A science degree is a plus, not a requirement. Some of the work involves reading and replying within a scientific context, and I pay extra for it.

Remote day to day, apart from trips.
