SCOPES OF RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for driving innovation and creativity in all aspects of the food and beverage offerings within the organization. This role involves developing unique concepts, designing visually appealing presentations, and overseeing the implementation of creative strategies to enhance the dining experience. Plan and manage all marketing, advertising, publicity, and promotional events. Define customer centric marketing strategies, process and procedures for promotions and brand initiatives.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Develop and manage monthly marketing calendar for optimum utilization of funds to increase ROI and attain necessary approvals prior to execution.
  • Develop strategies for new customer recruitment and CRM plans for top-of-mind recall.
  • Create and publish all marketing campaigns in line with marketing plans.
  • Make periodical competitor outlets visits to better understand the business marketing needs.
  • Develop seasonal marketing and PR strategies.
  • Plan and direct advertising, public relations, and promotional events and strategies for the Brand(s).
  • Develop social media campaigns to build online brand awareness.
  • Initiate, develop, and maintain local, national, and international media relations.
  • Coordinate ceremonies, press conferences, and other events or special projects. CRM and VIP Customer Management.
  • § Identify and monitor VIP Customers.
  • Build and implement appropriate plans to manage VIP customers and increase their visit.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports for management analysis.
  • Ensure timely submission of all marketing reports including post-event reports.
  • Review and research competitors’ marketing campaigns
  • Track marketing performance, gather consumer insights, and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Deliver post program and promotion analysis and key best practises to Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's/ Diploma/ Higher Diploma in Marketing/Business or a related equivalent.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and speaking effectively to align on problems to solve, identify next steps and follow-up on actions
  • Strong leadership and management skills, strong critical thinking, planning, judgement, organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, menu planning, and cost control. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • 10 years of experience in a management role in the food and beverage industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
