Worked for 5 years almost, excellent experience with companies growth and technologies. Good Management for employees. Benefits are less compared to other firms. Salary is average, based on skill sets.
I working in accenture as very flexible and friendly environmental.Good team work and the company benefits and management is very good.The day work is very satisfied, learning more things from my senior employees,I was mothly enjoyed in my job at accenture du outing every 6 months ,I participated in dance program its memorable day for me.
Accenture is good company if you join as an experienced candidate. Its a worst company to start your career with, you will never get your deserved hike here. People with less experience who have come from different organization will get more salary than you. Accenture's workplace culture differs based on location(cities). I don't like to reveal the location where its good and where its not. I have been on a location where employees are treated like school student and i have also been on location where employees are not treated like a school student. Finally, Like in every organization, politics plays an important role. People who just arranges birthday parties and other stuffs will get more hike than who actually works and has more knowledge than the other person. The project which i worked in, the hard working people never got appreciated or never given with good salary hike.
I joined Accenture as a entry level consultant and moderately acceptable salary package. But i came across instances where people have been accepted good salaries depending on the skill level.The hike and bonus also are good compared to other companies. One would get exposure to good and challenging work that is recognized an appreciated in the market. But i felt that things could be more organized and planned correctly which could enhance job satisfaction of the employees. Lot of changes have been done actively to make the performance review process more robust and transparent but ground level implementation is not really ensured.
Pros: Good Worklife Balance. learning curve is good. Flexible working time. Cons: Consistent employee doesn't see much pay raise when compared to peers or employees who might have come from other companies.
