Good place for a beginnerIf you're a beginner, it's a good place for you to start. The management is helpful. Staffs are okay, if you can mingle around. Overall, I learned customer service skills here.

Unhappy Employee with poor managementIm an ex employee worked in Celcom dprt. Trust me, you will regret once you join. Training given was ONLY 9 days instead of 1 month and expect the agent to learn all within the short 9 days which is not fair at all. Noisy call floor with all the departments squeezed in under one office. Management sucks! Not professional at all and not systematic! Pushing the agent to reach targeted KPI. Call volume high daily which will make you to be stressful.
