The work environment is depend on the project.

The salary is too low and no other beneficial except health care the work life balance is depend on the project and also HR is very difficult to communicate with

The worst company that I ever worked

Useless team leaders who likes to abuse power for personal gain. Never appreciate someone’s talent, too much politics and useless team leaders. Don’t waste your time joining this company, a rider job could give you more satisfaction and calm mind. Not worth to work here.

Best colleagues and team mates ever, management is worst

Loved working there, job was very doable but the one and only down part is bad management. CSE and QA and TLs are great, people above us is worse . Great client as well

Office politics sucks

Salary no problem, working environment no problem, but you gotta kiss some mighty high a**es to stay in the game.. like a lot of a** kissing.. cause if you don't, then you're not gonna stay long enough to get yourself any kind of promotions.. and don't forget that the job itself is already stressfull..

Unhappy Employee with poor management

Im an ex employee worked in Celcom dprt. Trust me, you will regret once you join. Training given was ONLY 9 days instead of 1 month and expect the agent to learn all within the short 9 days which is not fair at all. Noisy call floor with all the departments squeezed in under one office. Management sucks! Not professional at all and not systematic! Pushing the agent to reach targeted KPI. Call volume high daily which will make you to be stressful.

If call drop while on conversation, you will be blamed!!

Company get worse when you work for long time

i had joined for customer service for 1 year ,the enviroment and places good but the management xxxx .with ot and extra allowance when hit target 1.most of the team lead only know how to gossip and they cant achieve their goals for the client and agents do all the job 2.most of the time they against a person but not to deal with problems because the management wont attention to this issue 3.basic salary is good ,might some people know that this company is earning profit by projects ,when they cant earn they will start planning to increase task target higher so they have reason to let you cant achieve hit target and cant get the bonus allowance,this situation as usual when you work for half years++ 4.i would not suggest any newcomer if you plan this job as your future ,you can improve yourself and learn alot in this company but not long term,prefer newcomer do this job because of stable basic salary and treat is as your stepping stone to get working experience 5.management,management,management problem! important words must say three times

The management did not care about the staff at all. Bias and favouritism culture is here. People without quality and qualifications will get promoted. Poor processes and man management skill by all the management level.

environment is good but management really suck

sometimes they held event, give free food and play games.but im not satisfied with salary and their management. forced to change our department without discuss with employee and we had no choice but to accept their decision. no bonus even after work more than 2 years.

Management

I don't know under what kind of circumstances that the company do not allow for the staff to apply any Annual leave here. in this company, you have to submit your annual leave one month before and subject to approval. One of my colleagues facing a difficult situation that she need to work certain hours of overtime in order for her annual leave to be approved. Basically, the annual leave is like nothing for the staffs here,you may try to apply but the end result probably disappointed you. Seriously, i don't know what is the reason that the staff's annual leave would be rejected. I thought this is one of the staff's benefit or entitlement? The management's decision change day by day, always offer a different kind of overtime program and change it maybe one month later. Offer a very bad rate for those staffs that not able to achieve a target of OT hours. For those who are really intend to join Aegis, think twice before you sign the offer letter. Don't ever take their words for granted. It's totally different from whatever the HR tell you and after you joined.

Cheating

Offer a good salary but do not fulfill. Never solve problem and always create problem for staff. Staff and supervisor is friendly but the management is disappointed.

Low Basic, No benefit, always thinking how to cut cost, Management sucks

If you got a Degree, dont work here, you will getting the same pay with spm holders. STILL no medical, no increment, no bonus, get nothing after working 1 year and you want loyal employee ??

Good place to start worst place to grow

If you need a job desperately, this is indeed a place to start. Any fresh graduate or school leavers will easily obtain a job here. Everyday you can see people queuing up for an interview, why cause of the high attrition. You can rarely see a senior staff working in this company. Simple reason no bonus no increment and no appreciation. Before you set foot here please survey n ask around for a second opinion unless you really really desperate in need of job, this is definitely the place to be.

Not so good management

Unqualified work environment...so dirty canteen and restroom. The office location can not access with public transport. You need to wait for staff van which always make you late even you were ready since 2 hours before....good management? You have to work on holidays but lowest paid, just $8 for working all day or all night (only specific group). Unbelievable but it happened!

Its quite stress if you handle their customer from different background and quite fussy. But i give 10 starts for their management team. They pay your salary on time
