Office politics sucks

Salary no problem, working environment no problem, but you gotta kiss some mighty high a**es to stay in the game.. like a lot of a** kissing.. cause if you don't, then you're not gonna stay long enough to get yourself any kind of promotions.. and don't forget that the job itself is already stressfull..

Company get worse when you work for long time

i had joined for customer service for 1 year ,the enviroment and places good but the management xxxx .with ot and extra allowance when hit target 1.most of the team lead only know how to gossip and they cant achieve their goals for the client and agents do all the job 2.most of the time they against a person but not to deal with problems because the management wont attention to this issue 3.basic salary is good ,might some people know that this company is earning profit by projects ,when they cant earn they will start planning to increase task target higher so they have reason to let you cant achieve hit target and cant get the bonus allowance,this situation as usual when you work for half years++ 4.i would not suggest any newcomer if you plan this job as your future ,you can improve yourself and learn alot in this company but not long term,prefer newcomer do this job because of stable basic salary and treat is as your stepping stone to get working experience 5.management,management,management problem! important words must say three times

Poor Aegis

Poor job. Especially the staff is under celcom project, the training period should be last for a month for every batch, when its on our batch, they only give you 8 of training days and you need to cover their senior agent who is gonna resign for this poor job. WHY THEY RESIGNED? AND ITS A GROUP OF PEOPLE RESIGNING TOGETHER. What else? They literally asked you to answer call with 8 hours on the second months ! (As previously of their schedule, first month is the training period, second month is the period for new agent to test call, first week will be 4 hours, second week will be 5 hours, and adds 1 hour for the rest of the week, third month will be totally live, answering call for 8 hours). It's ok you want us to cover the workload of the calls in first month, but the salary you gave on the first month is just the same as the training period, fantastic man! The salary is average low from what other customer service does. And the attitude of celcom project trainer is pretty bad. Low salary and expecting you do to much more than the paid, what a high expectation company. Overall, this is what I worked over there for 2 months under celcom project, for those who interested with this poor company, please reconsider. Since you celcom project lacks of people currently, and you treat us so bad at this moment, dont ever blame me to write this here Aegis. I swear this is what i experienced from Celcom project in Aegis within this 2 months.

Very Good Perks and Offered Salary

It is a good place to create good base of working experiences where they will train and create strong mentality to handle difficult customer. They give really good salary for starter and very welcoming for fresh grads without any working experiences

environment is good but management really suck

sometimes they held event, give free food and play games.but im not satisfied with salary and their management. forced to change our department without discuss with employee and we had no choice but to accept their decision. no bonus even after work more than 2 years.

Cheating

Offer a good salary but do not fulfill. Never solve problem and always create problem for staff. Staff and supervisor is friendly but the management is disappointed.

Low Basic, No benefit, always thinking how to cut cost, Management sucks

If you got a Degree, dont work here, you will getting the same pay with spm holders. STILL no medical, no increment, no bonus, get nothing after working 1 year and you want loyal employee ??

Stress job

Too much calls to handle and very short break.. Too strict. Not enough training. 9 hr job. So many shifts.of u wan to take emergency leave also not approve..they will force u to work after settle ur work. Do not trust any good comments. U will enjoy it u r a person who like to handle complaints.

Overall okay

Its quite stress if you handle their customer from different background and quite fussy. But i give 10 starts for their management team. They pay your salary on time

Excellent environment

Really a pleasure to work in Excellent management, Clean environment. Well observation in each employees. Professional in taking care of employees and customers. Great assistant from higher superior.

Aegis is a place for a beginner that want to get new experience on industry. Good Team Leader never failed to tech new agent and have a lot of good food.

Fun Workplace and very nice facilitis

Very nice facilities, nice workplace, but the management is quite strict esp regarding MC or exceed recess time or personal time. The Assistant Manager is nice. Whoever like working at call center, this might the great place for you.

The working environment is good but the welfare of employees need to be improved, in terms of benefits especially. In Aegis, I can mingle with colleagues from different nationalities such as Korean, Japanese, Uzbekitanis, and few more.

Fun working with people. Salary and benefits is not much. But you can always try. You can still learn a lot.You can learn customer service and technical support.

Flexible but discriminating people. I m working with this company. They deduct money from foreigners salary for nothing. Have been fighting for 2 yrs no use
