Overall, company treats all staffs very well with many benefits and a good plan of welfare. The office is very unique with sleeping area, cafe, restaurant and more.

The job itself as a cabin crew is very relaxing compared to other airlines. however, there is no rest period during the flight at all.

As a foreigner crew member, there are many grey areas that we aren't being threaten fairly with salary and allowances.

However, people in the company are great! everyone is very friendly and easy to approach including CEO and board directors.

Everyone is friendly and really eager to help each other out. Always having events so that the office is not just about work. Everyone dresses casually and don’t have to wear formally every day.

Engineers and technicians are super enthusiastic and are willing to let On-Job Training students get hands on tasks and jobs. Culture is engaging and very collaborative and gives a proper and adequate insight to being prepped for the aviation industry.

Working here the environment encouraged learning, experimentation. Always trying out new technologies. Dynamic thinking.

However, departments in the company are either overrun by old-timers or consists of sparkly new recruits who want to aggressively change and make a name for themselves.
Pros

We work as a team with a minimum of 60 people per team so the fun is there but the working hours is weird for those who are not used to work in shift.
