Hi all. Im not type of person who always giving review about something especially something related with my job scope. But this time i will giving my honest opinion. Air asia is a big company. There is a lot of benefit u can earn from it. To those whom zero knowledge about manner,there you will learn how to deal with type of customer and how to control emotion
Learning how to multitask and also how to improve communication to customer. A good place to start up to build confidence. The training is very good to teach how to handle customer
Improving confidence when talking
This is a workshift based. Sometimes it exceeded your working hours. It was fun but tiring at most. Depends on the load and the problems that occurs.Staff was friendly but the management is a bit bossy
Not considerate on MC or Hospitalization

Always the area will be measured to make a good in sales with in our place of the customers. the hardest part will be i got more sought when i learned this job with my boss, on the other hand he smiled at me because i improved on good service with customers.
Nothing much as a learner on that time, I motivate myself to improve.
