A disciplined workplace n fun situation

is a rule or rule that needs to be followed by everyone to ensure well-being and perfection in life. Discipline in the job is also a branch of perfection and the relationship between the employer and the employee to the terms and service contract in the job. Discipline in work has been termed as follows:- Encyclopedia.com states "Discipline refers to actions imposed by an organization on its employees for failure to comply with organizational rules, standards, or policies." While the Management Study Guide defines discipline in the workplace as "Discipline ensures that individuals behave in an acceptable manner in the workplace and also comply with the rules and regulations of the organization. ... Discipline is important in the workplace because it ensures that employees behave in a good manner and also maintains civility in the workplace.”

Good company

The job scope not very stress..easy to learn.only work 16 days in a month..free melas to the al workers..have supermarket in the factory for whose stay at the hostel.

Productive, fun working environment,

Sometime schedule very busy, data of lorry and material need to key in in system. I learned how to handle the angry lorry drive and how to settle false data in system. Working in 2shift which is 12hour from 8.00am to 8.00pm for morning shift while 8.00pm to 8.00am for night shift.. however, worker have to come 30min early before working time.The hardest part working there is i need to learn how to speak in mandarin. When the translator in day off, i need to use google translate and body language to speak with Chinese supervisor and leader.. this is because they are cannot speak in English .I love working there because i only working for 4day in week and public holiday company paid me for triple salary. We also have panel clinic, free hostel, free food and petrol allowance..

Never work with Alliance steel

Working environment poor, job security isn't fair, have to work as a cleaner tho you are a PR Executive. Just high not recommended anyone to work with Alliance steel

You will NEVER see your future

A Malaysian tortured company. You will never see your future if you work here, never believe sweet words from your China superior or company management as there are no proper system and not Malaysian friendly. Office staff need to work during Public Holiday (Includes Statutory Public Holiday) and no OT will be paid if your salary is higher than 2.5k, only replacement holiday will be given.

Bad reputation in the city

It has a bad reputation in the city for treating workers poorly especially before they're laying off workers when they want to downsize their staff size. At good times, the working experience is not suitable for new undergraduates because it is not the place that will expose them to the industrial world. They will be more likely to be industrial labors that work without using the knowledge that they are trainedwith.

New experience

The management system is reliable. System working 12 hours and have a rotation shift. The harder was communcation, needs to know how top speak in mandarin. Learn new languange and good for the future to grow in the company.

Productive and Challenging workplace.

Hardest part: To communicate with different language that we do not learn. Need to produce good result and determine the abnormality occur from the result. Propose solution and method on how to solve the problem. Need good time management as supervisor need the result earlier to send to coordinator.

Normal day in ASSB

Depends on your work place, its a fastpace industry with more than 5 plant running at the same time. So it would be a lot of test sample. The culture is also different there seem it is a China company. Overall is okay but it lacks in management and safety

Productivity and Fun Work Place With Many Benefits

Good work environment with team mates. Could learn new things beside then could learn mandarin. Good leader to guide. Leisure dress code in Office. The meals is luxuries and taste delicious.
