Good place to learn but not to grow.

Lack of leadership management.No guidance, self taught for growth.Indecisive authority decision making.Policy are made only to punish employees.No medical benefits (SOCSO, EIS does not count).Zero crisis control, damage controls are made on whims and does not improve.

Working is okay here. Its actually tiring but its worth it. They give OT payment. Environment is friendly and helpful. They give rewards to staff if the staff do their job well.
