Fast paced and never ending work
Corporate client analyst (Former Employee) - Kuala Lumpur Malaysia - 27 September 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedIt was nice working there, the job was relatively easy once you get the hang of all the systems. It took me like 4 months to get used to the systems. The politics was bad and that’s what made me leave

Productive and Fun Workplace
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Kuala Lumpur - 10 July 2023
Everyone is very patient and understanding. Communication is key. They have resources for self-help that you can utilize and unlimited free coffee from a machine with real beans. The environment is very warm and understanding. It's easy to connect with people. The laptops have touch screens, which is amazing. They have a lot of different departments where you can expand your skills. It can be a challenging workplace, but there are always opportunities given. It's an international company so you can hear other colleagues speaking different languages, like Japanese and Mandarin. Overall, its a great place to be.

Open door policy their a** lah!
Customer Care Professional (Former Employee) - Kuala Lumpur - 21 May 2023
High pay comes with high expectations and biased management. If you're not performing, the team leader would tell you not to kacau their periuk nasi! Stupid system! AMEX system isn't employee-friendly at all. If you have exceeded your short break due to assisting customer on the phone and you decided to go for short break after the call, it def would affect your metrics.
Pros
Free food 2x a week

Not worth your mental health
Customer Care Professional (Current Employee) - Kuala Lumpur - 5 April 2023
The workplace is very toxic with constant drama that never seems to end ever since training. The manager seems lacks any support and knowledge. It might be a night position but if you work with the US market than the volume will be the same as working day time but your body is still at night.

great for security but bad for health
Global Fraud Protection and Authorization Specialist (Former Employee) - Kuala Lumpur - 24 February 2023
its a great place to work at if you have thick skin and can tolerate and/or look past the unrealistic expectations that they set for you. the work culture always pushes you to continuously improve, to a point where you feel you aren't doing anything right.
Pros
free food, great colleagues, job security
Cons
short breaks, micromanaging

Highly competitive , fast paced yet harmonious
Customer care professional (Current Employee) - Kuala Lumpur - 21 February 2023
You will be trained sufficiently before you become expert on subject matters during OJT and first few months on live calls. Its important for you to work in team, get constant feedback and comments. Engage with all and especially leadership to craft path where you wanna be in 1 or 2 years. Dont slack off thinking that this job is to be taken for granted. Dont even think of being here because the money is good and you wanna do bare minimum. Thats not what the company is expected. You can get work life balance as long as you are being fair to the company as what you expect the company to do for you as well. You dont want to be left behind. They compensate, acknowledge, award and recognise! But put in the hardwork, trust your colleagues, the system in place and the constant coaching. These are there to assist!! You will never be alone
Pros
Pay, management, leadership, peers, culture
Cons
no more ot, hybrid

Great place to grow
Customer Care Professional (Former Employee) - Kuala Lumpur - 28 December 2022
Growth is highly encouraged. Only downside was the permanent night shift and back to back calls without a chance to catch a breath. Highly recommended workplace except for night shift.

Good workplace but very fast paced
customer service rep (Former Employee) - Kuala Lumpur - 23 December 2022
Young and dynamic team but pressure from higher management to meet KPI every month. Competitive salary package but basic is lower. Gross pay is high but too stressful to achieve it on a monthly basis.

Young, Inclusive, Innovative and Great Perks!
Learning Specialist (Former Employee) - Malaysia - 5 December 2022
My time with the company was great! I’ve worked with great leaders in my tenure. The organization proves to be inclusive in hiring prospective talents and in their HR/ER policies. There are growth opportunities, making it very rare for an employee to stay stagnant in a role for a very long time. The organization also encourages feedback and empowers its employees to come out with innovative ideas to improve the work culture/business processes.

Great Company But Not For The Long Run
Customer Care Professional (Current Employee) - Kuala Lumpur - 21 October 2022
Great benefits, salary, working environment and colleagues. However KPIs are hard to meet and maintain. Night shift is unsustainable. Job is physically and mentally draining with little to no variety. A lot of training and coaching is provided to foster improvement and keep you up to date with everyday changes in products/processes/policies. A good support system to assist employees during the job. But job is ultimately very tiring, stressful, and unsustainable.

A pretty standard call centre based environment, probably one of the highest paying employer out there in the country. Culture is very open, but career progression is not so great.
Pros
GOod pay
Cons
Career progression

pretty good
sales executive (Current Employee) - Kuala Lumpur - 22 August 2022
not a bad place to start your career, could be stressful at times but the compensation makes up for the stress. career advancement is pretty difficult because the competition is so hard and you pretty much gotta kiss a**

Made a lot of great friends that I am thankful for. The best part of working for the company was the friends I made there. We still keep in touch even though many left years ago.

use to be fun and joyful working environment
Credit Specialist (Former Employee) - Kuala Lumpur - 12 July 2022
it use to be a fun, energatic, supportive and joyful working environment. Now after the management team keep on changing, the new one no longer interested on giving the right support or sharing their best business practice to the employees and no longer have interest to invest in their staff and only want a good result and if we cant perform then they will ask you to find other option or the right word is to find other job.
Pros
use to be a good place to work
Cons
the new management no lonher care about their staff

Productive, great place for learning, decent pay
P.O.S Analyst (Former Employee) - Malaysia - 2 June 2022
Overall working environment is beneficial to those who wants to learn and grow as it can be rather challenging and competitive at times. Additional allowance up to RM1000 for those who can achieve KPI and constantly maintain their performance.
