A very traditional company

Very traditional based company who does not believe in career advancement and talent management. Employee benefit is at its lowest. HR is almost non-functional and non-existent.

Much needed improvement especially in leadership

To say the truth there is no benefits at all other than good salary pay and its a disappointment.Very poor management across the board with many failing upwards who don't know to manage others well if at all. Its dead-end job and there is no work-life balance at all.

it is not a friendly working environment

It is nice working with Babas but the people culture here is not fair enough and it is not easy to adapt with the culture here as it is not a friendly working environment. Too many restrictions such as handphone usage, work timing, lunch hours, etc....

Its good company with excellent products. Only the management is not concerning the staff interm of benifits such as medical, insentif, increment and bonus as well.

The hardest part of the job

Managing traditional management in oder to ensure the work flow is smooth. Overlap projects to be carried out in a time but shaping a person talent. Also, new cases or scenarios to be handle in administration site to complete a task. Always will face challenging and not feel bored at all!! The time will run out very fast and engage yourself with a circumstance of jobs and new tasks. Feel motivate and energize to learn new things. High impact and momentum of career.
