Old age directors, less effort to maintain business. weak management team. Time consuming for directors to do decision makingLess staff, less politics. Low salary and no staff benefits. Good place to sharpen survival skills.

I have friendly environment which provide me motivation to perform a task. I have helpful HQ team which give me helping hand whenever needed. I learn a lot from my senior and supervisor. This give me opportunity to develop new skills and experience.

Poor HR and management

At first I was applying for Building Executive but was given Building Manager as the previous she ran away. It is unfair as the still gave my executive salary despites I work as Manager. When I ask bout it, they just neglect me. One more thing, be aware with the HR manager, she is not like normal person. When u work there u will know 😅
