No work life balance at all need to work on extra hours everyday. Work on public holidayDifficult to get career growth in this company.Culture problem in Finance department and not really good in sustaining/managing its welfare's employees.

What is the best part of working at the company?Good environment as it is located in the cityWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?The superior is toxic/ two-faced. He give praise at the beginning and after 1 month he starts to become toxic even though you don't have professional skills because before this maybe job you were in another field so he expects your skills is PROFESSIONAL one even your efforts was keep improving it.One more thing is “Adr” the superior and the colleagues was in toxic environment.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Good as some of the colleagues was serve me well as workers there

Stressful

There is no break time..usually lunch we eat at 6pm..the bosses won't give you respect..they only care about their business not about their staffs..in carsome it's a big issue if you want to go for a lunch. .they will look at you like a criminal..so far this company won't respect humans no humanity..

Poor management, poor culture, management can turn things around in just 1 day even after a decision is made.No work life balance at all need to standby even weekend to entertain either customers or management.

Force to work more than working hour, operation need to be on duty on all PH but payment are not follow Labour Law, Need to work even on MC or during Offday, No work life balance at all and no equality to operation staff compare to HQ staff.

higher management is micromanaging every decision you make, will disturb after working hours, phone will rang 24/7, no clear direction, promotion send & cancelled last minute, given target is standardized whole country, turn over too high which is scary, must perform day 1 you work, or else better find work elsewhere, favoritism management

Micromanaging at its best. Turnover rate are very high.

Then they micromanage with gmeet throughout the day with camera on who are wfh. I dont think its a best thing to do cause you will make your employee feel distrust. I dont feel my employer trust me to get the job done.

Fast paced working environment

Usually I will be occupied with list of cars to be inspected for the day and I have to get it done within certain time. The training were provided for new-comers and the management are at their best work. Carsome is a fast-paced environment, stressful but is a fun team work where they encourages you to learn more.
