The top of communication company, always try the best for the services even the location is far away from city.
I have experience work on this company around 7 years as CSP workers previously and also had experience as super-agent around 3 and half years within 7 years.
- a normal rotating shift for call centre - learn and improved customer service skill - management very typical - workplace culture was just fine for me - hardest part of this job sometime come from the lead instead of the customer of the telco - the most enjoyable is the ofifice collegaue
Excellent management and team work within coworkers. I have learn about responsibility and how to work in team. My previous day was fun with lots of benefits such as mobile phone allowance, sales incentive, laundry incentive and medical card by AIA.

this job is good for people who don't have family or don't have responsibility for family. this job help to improve your knowledge or skills in communication with other people from different background. its also help the staff about how to think the best solution for customer problem.

Environment based on nature will be better like they put some small trees in the office. Other than that, I like simple type of work place. Nature and simple type of work place will encourage peace of mind and encourage a very good teamwork.
Sometimes the international team (Sukses Team) consisting of Indonesian speakers & Bangladesh speakers need to assist the main stream (the local) which sometime it consume our time. Overall it is a fun place to work at.
