Great site team and you must good at communicating if there is a dispute between the operations team find a positive solution together and good results. you must adapt with company environment that is fast and problem solver if there any issues at site.a little bit stressful if have any problem at site but depend on you how to solve it. make sure take advice from your superior and site team.team work make less stressful.
