-Senior/ Team Lead are very rude and not friendly. Show you temper when you asking question. Senior are not welling to provide guidance or share their experience. All this will make your work become stressful.

Long and non flexible working hours, no work life balance. Lack of opportunity (a lot of job position has been replace with IA system and reducing headcount), unstable organization structure (always has team migration out)
Proper compensation on overtime and bonus. Appreciation should be given to the staff on their hard work. Work life balance should be implemented where employee should not be working for more than working hours. Innovation plus welfare of employee should be in line.
