Beside customer service, we also learn how to doing sales, cross sale on each calls on credit card facilities, and upgrading for 2nd card, help customer to educated the credit card features like balance transfer, cash on call, flexible payment plant.

Fun and knowledgeable place to work. i have improved my communication skills. the most hardest part is handling typical customer. And i had alot of memorable days with CITI which is during festival. so far i learned and enjoyed alot with CITI.

I did learned a lot in citi ,First of all i had a great team members who helped and guide me through out my job , I am able to communicate with them without any fear as all of them are too friendly.Besides that i able to provide ideas in order to help with my work and i never fail to give full commitment at work.
