I having 6 place work not as good colgate salary, benefits and other.when i lift cp on 2012 working very hard and salary very Low and working condition very bad i move other Company. So far to my expericent working at CP is more good.

Old mindset management

Need to break the shell and connect to new ways of working. Too obsessed with old mentality. Need to explore new ways to improve productivity. Management need to be more proactive and get to the floor to change the culture.

Productive workplace

Exposed to operation of manufacturing plant. Previously work as quality which require me to have a better understanding in term of operation and at the same time the chemical process involve. After implement new formula, the product need to be tested before release as a new product to market. New experience new knowledge excite me to the max.

Great place to learn and grow. The place where future leaders are being groomed. You get to work cross-functionally and exposed to a lot of areas. Pace if fast and you have to keep up

Not fun work place

I work in there at the reception by security guard. I have to receive & send documents, guid visitors. And provide access card for visitors. Provide cheque for contractor. Etc

Fun place to work in

Fun place and able to explore opportunities. Will learn a lot in a short period of time and able to lead projects in the team. The professional oral care team is an extensive team with dedicated workforce to drive recommendation and sampling by the dentists
