Good place to start one's career as the environment is supportive and senior agents are more than willing to lend a hand. Team leaders are very approachable and don't mind taking the time to assist new agents

Best Training. Worse colleagues and leads

The best part of this company was its trainer. The best trainer I’ve ever seen. But once you got into the floor, they’re all messed up. “Family” is their excuse to share everything about the employees. They’ll talking behind your back and criticise everything you did. Seniority is the worst part. Goodluck for all the new hires!

TOXIC MANAGEMENTI'd rather sell my soul to s*t*n than sell my soul to concentrix, but tbh, it's just the same. typical day at work?? micromanaged to the bone. Don't think that you have any freedom in here. Even the walls are so thick probably to prevent you from using your phone lolwhat i learned?companies use "we care about your mental health" just to get in with the times without practicing it. you need your leave cause you're depressed? "NO" or should've filed for depression one month early lolmanagement?st*pid. useless. workplace culture?team leader to scared to back up members, but just as rudehardest part of the job?everything because the company is bad the most enjoyable?nothing. going home only lol

Well paid

Good for those who wanna get a pretty decent pay in short term, but if you're physically active person you wouldn't wanna be there as you will be sitting in the production floor all the while other than lunch break and short break

The worst management ever

The management often threaten their employees say want to burn their leave if they decide to resign from company, this is definitely against the law, the labelling project is definitely the worst of the worst, please close the project, the management are so unprofessional

Stressful and management has favouritism

Stressed out during my 9 month here.Management is always pushed you to achieve sometimes high kpi and used favouritism in promoting agents or their friends.The management and team leads have zero knowledge in product but act tough and knowledgeable all the time

Stressful, no public holidays

Difficult to meet clients demands , because you need to be like a robot. You can’t afford to make any mistakes. Some of the workers are so subliminal, if you make a mistake they post it in the group; they don’t advice You personally. No public holidays so be prepared to work. Salary also isn’t enough for an expat. No relocation allowance some more. So if you don’t have money to settle in , good luck.

It was pretty okay working there. It was super fun and I enjoyed it, they always have fun activities to keep us on our feet and made sure that we are appreciated it.

Cannot grow here, always push for productivity, mentally exhausted but not care about employees especially Grab

Work with GRAB CS teamThey always push for productivity, QA, always find mistakes and blames to employees. Even if u apply leave, u will example starting next monday, u will only know on this friday or saturday for the result. The management is bad to plan the schedule, turnover are high, cannot take care the employees mental.No work life balance, not recommend working here unless they change all the management.There’s no leave even public holiday even normal day, but working 5 days a week but only give AL if approved due to headcount.

A good platform for fresh graduate to learn the trade of working in a MNC organization. Huge scope of product knowledge and helpful collegue around helps.

It’s a fun place to work and nice environment.

The place is nice to work but the management are quite bad basically they just want to benefit them without thinking of just a little bit of allowance to the other staffs.

Mentally exhausted, they love to push productivity alot and QA also no consideration to admins, OM alwys planning on last minute meeting

Everything is good, its just poor money, low increment, stressful, and pls dont be QA, people will hate you especially if you got no consideration and kind hearted feelings and just wanna reach your KPI

Fun workplace if there's a chill type of colleagues

I don't recommend anyone to work there of you're looking for a benefits and bonus. They don't provide there either. Most of the time they will be giving importance to the client only not even to the admins who are working there. Moreover, its really hard to get the annual leave over there. Even I didn't get a leave for my own festival.

Highly volatile and political with weekly KPI changes

The job is easy and repetitive but management makes it super stressful with weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI changes.This company doesn't have a backbone to talk back to a client's annoying requests so end up the TLs and agents need to suffer.If you go into a bad program then it's just pure suffering unfortunately.VERY HARD to get promoted because the advancement is so limited here with so many hires.Increment is also very little like RM100...Also need cable to get a job so you might be in a position for 2-3 years but suddenly some fellas get to be your manager/boss out of nowhere.At the end of the day, it's a call center job.


High incentive if you know how to score the KPI

So far so good

I’m about to finish training soon. Trainer is amazing. Waiting to go into office next week. Actually looking forward to it. The pay is inadequate as they don’t have any allowances but I’m sure if I’m able to be so well, I can climb to the corporate ladder fast.

CNX Cyberjaya has worse management coupled with stressful working cultures.

Good thing Concentrix Cyberjaya has good facilities; they do have a game room (though you will not have time to use it), and a drink vending machine (free as well as need to pay are available). No parking is provided in the compound though. Eateries are abundant in the vicinity.However salary-wise, they give quite low. Even though there is supposed to be KPI, it is close to impossible to get a full KPI. There are instances OT pay is being dragged for months and it did occur at regular intervals.Internal promotion is hard. They will usually let you in the trial phase for a higher position w/o absolutely no reimburesement at all (allowance and so) for as long as they can. Only sweet promises.There is lacking management effort in curbing the spreading of the Covid-19 cluster at the site. Only afterwards, the efforts have improved.

Friendly co-workers

As a chat agent, you will handle 3 chats simultaneously during peak hours. This job requires lots of patient as customers are annoying at times. Good start for beginners, low salary compared to other companies

Bad management, Stressful, Don't apply this company

If you care for your mental health and can cooperate with toxic people, just don't apply to this position. Bad team leader, poor management, can't bring smartphone to the office. Working like a robots. Toxic environment ever!
