Competitive and fun environment

It was a great experience as a promoter (Health Specialist) however the workplace culture was very competitive. Everything in the management was needed to pay such as booth fees, and marketing tools. It was really struggle journey. The best thing about it was the working time was flexible.

Good benefits, apart from that there is nothing else

Benefits is good, apart from that there's nothing else. Poor management, korean hierarchy, you don't have much right to speak. Please remember to bow 90 degrees when you see the bosses, then I can guarantee you have a smooth job there. People who are not fit to be leaders can be leaders too!

Fun working

Need to achieve target in sales and it's not easy to get customer.. you need be very confident, no sells in 1 Mont no salary, commission per unit is RM300 and salary is 1200 total RM1500 .if you sell expensive unit , u get higher commission

Flexible time but you have to achive target and sales to be comfortable. You have to attend 2 weeks of training before you approve to work in coway. You have to collect customers debt.
