Whatever you read on the other site is true. So I will not deny anything. DXC Technology is a good training ground but not a place where you can say it is your second home. There will always be a lot of attrition every quarter. You will not get any benefits except for the medical card they give you which you need to take care of yourself from getting sick because they only cover 5000RM. If you come in, don't expect pay raise even if you get promoted. Just be thankful that you are learning and gaining skills. Just like the person sitting beside me. She works like horse handling projects. Work from 9:30 until I go home at 8PM and she continues to work from home at times. But check her pay and profile. She hasn't had her pay raise since 2016. And her profile in workday is still Customer Support associate. You will pity her because sometimes she works more than her team. She will do everything to meet deadline. I just hope she finds another company. Any recruiter out there, take note, if you see someone from DXC, it may seem impossible for employees to have such skills but we do. Only problem is, our skills and responsibilities are not aligned with our job titles and pay. We do leverage to another department.
