Working at Ericsson were less stressful due to workplace culture are practicing worklife balance and management are flexible depends on what dept are you landed in. Communications & cooperations with colleagues around the globe were efficient and superb.

Complicated management direction

Too many direction by various management because each of the managers carry a different set of KPI, hence each one is looking to gain scores on their individual KPI. Example one manager's KPI would be to optimize cost (basically cut cost where possible) and another managers KPI could be Infrastructure Enhancement (basically need to spend some investment to gain better tech) both these managers are having conflicting KPIs creating conflicting directions to the delivery team.Also sales team over sells product capabilities which are either yet to be released or about to be released but not released yet, so when the delivery team takes over there is heated debates internally and mis-matched customer expectations simply because sales team has over promised and under delivered.

Productive and Good workplce

Its a good environment of working place and all of the staff are good and working together as a team to reach everyone goals. The Management levels are really open regarding suggestions and also concerned regarding their staff workflow and health. Even though there are times that we have to struggle to reach our targets, but at the end, all our hard working will be appreciated by the higher levels.

Manage Service Provider at it's best

Being the 2nd MSP Project for the company would be a roller coaster start. From our first 6 months, it is all about engaging the customer and implying new set of process improvement to the customer due to redundant stakeholders and managers. After a few clean ups and automation and KPI agreement with the customer, we as SME in Transmission began to improve the backhaul network and set the benchmark in industry for MSP services.

Always be challenge day, always get involve to take some challenging tasks

Love to work on challenging tasks. think out of box and work on something new technology and something never been work before. Good exposure. and good working environment.And currently looking forward some new challenging roles.

Benefits in Ericsson is best, but working environment makes you stress.

An engineer does not recommend to overtime unless manager told to do so. Working from 8.30 am to 5.30 am. You have to do on your own due to no training provided by the right person and you have to share equipment of troubleshooting together with the technician. Hence, this makes difficult because the technician also has work to do where every product/line has to achieve their daily output, For example, 150 units have to submit to customers on the day. The job will be easier when you have proper lab/instruments to troubleshoot and get training for the product from the right person.

Intensive working environment, satisfying to fulfill customers request and solving technical issues. Efficiency is key when delivering task because time is the benchmark. Patience on handling customers discontent and speedy request. Engaging in a team for delivering task.

Fast pace working environment with matrix organization

Ericsson is definitely a great working place, no doubt about it. It is a well known global leader in telecommunications industry and still is. It gave great exposure of what it takes to continuously improve and stay ahead of the pack.

Provides good opportunities to people who want to succeed

PROS . A good company to work with. It provides many opportunities to individuals to succeed. CONS. Individuals may have to work long hours since they are expected to do everything from administration to their actual work.

Just normal

Everyone helps everyone, the manager is great, a lot of weight lifting. Learn a lot about the logistic area. It was a great experience. Theres a RM1 vending machine.

A well balanced organization

Ericsson is a process oriented organization, where the employees' initiative can be at times a bit restricted. However it offers the opportunity to quickly move, in terms of location or job's scope, within the organization when looking for new or more rewarding chalenges.
