Colleague is fine but management is terrible.
Colleague is fine but management is terrible. You can’t slow down. You can’t tell the management that you can’t keep up. No one (from the upside) is willing to listen.

Competitive with fast paced environment
An ideal environment to learn and have a clear career path growth. One must learn to have a proper task prioritization in order to work efficiently in this field of work

Steep learning curve
Good place to learn but extremely high standards. No working life balance and rude young managers. Overall definitely an experience. Very long working hours and extremely stressful

Job enjoyment depends on team you are put on. If senior is good can be fun. No work life balance.
Job enjoyment depends on engagement team and seniors. If seniors are willing to spend time and teach can be fun. No work life balance. Tons of useless training wasting time. Instead they should spend the resources on hiring more people and try to keep the seniors so they're more seniors to guide the juniors.
