The project though now closed, was the best experience possible. The management allowed you to have your own ideas, implementation. They focussed on you, your development & giving you the facilities to live like a king.
You can't ask for more
Nothing, except the project closed early
The people at EY are great and very supportive. If you do well, they'll just work you harder but not compensate you better, which is frustrating. The good staffs and seniors tend to leave. There's a lack of transparency in covid times between senior leadership and the workers.
Company has good perks - travel, benefits, expense policy.
Not compensated well. The good people leave as you go up in the levels.
Good to work in EY one of the Big four firm, growth wise takes time to move from one band to another irrespective of performance, you might have get transportation assistance if you work beyond 8 pm other benefits remains the same.
No free lunches
The work ethic at EY is work till you drop some tax and assurance teams burn out. If you are applying for a service position take heed. That unless you are applying for a management position you are simply dirt and some staff members will simply not engage correctly with you there is no support from your managers should you make a complaint you will become a target for managers
Bad management and work hours boring as sin just like the matrix

Being a big brand name EY doesn't have that culture which one should expect from this company.there is no work life balance if you are coming for staff or senior position. Managers will take their employers as granted.
Brand name, big 4 firm
No work life balance, extending hours, more inclined towards proving support, less freedom to take decision
Overall good place to work. High brand value, grooms you as a professional and brings out the best in you.
Anyone who enjoys challenges, thrives to meeting impossible expectations and can compromise on work life balance would enjoy working at EY. Pay wise it totally depends on your experience and potential, they have a good performance pay policy.
EY is one of the top consulting firms in the world offering consulting services across strategy, operational and corporate finance areas across various sectors. It is a great place to build a promising career and offers a learning oriented and collaborative environment.
Looking back at my 3 years at EY, there is so many things that I have learned during those years. Started as a business analyst intern and ended up on a senior position 3 years after. The people there are great - sophisticated, smart and fun to work with. Ton of experience overall that helped me to get a job overseas.
It was amazing to relate my knowledge and use them into practical sense . I was able to ideally identify how well to convert academic knowledge into real life scenarios and get an ample amount of apt work exposure along with sufficient life balance .
