A variety of things you can learn from the firm . However, the career growth opportunity highly depends on the team you work with and also economic situation. For the long term, it's a great company to work with, but for short term, the situation can be very a lot.
The culture of this company was very shady, however with this being said I was able to learn emergency repair technique on various systems mainly because service was refused from various trades. The experience was invaluable in my opinion and I do not regret working here.
Experience Dependant on area you work in, your career progression is cared about and there is a driven and determined culture. Expect to get out what you put in, often this means longer hours than contracted for. People have been really helpful and nice in my experience

Do these reviews help you learn more about working at EY?
The best trait EY had is its culture of Team Work. Managers would never shame any person for any mistakes, rather a healthy conversation would be carried out with the employee to sort out the issues.
Culture, Work from Home
Long Hours at times
I worked at EY full-time for more than a year Pros Good Infrastructure, great company to enhance one's career, constant interactions with experts across various industries. Cons Managers are knowledgeable but lack time management skills and timely reviews which leads to people at the bottom of the hierarchy working for extra long hours most of the time.
EY is highly competitive, highly skilled and ambitious organization. A typical day at EY lasts for about 10-12 hours. Fridays are work from home. I would recommend EY to anyone who is fit, ambitious and wants to grow fast in consulting.
