Stressful

Overloaded and one way contract. Expected to change job description according to the need at that time. Cannot say no. Good place for career progression but when you are overloaded, you will not be good at a anything.

productive

Great experience. I have learnt a great deal about teaching and have progressed in becoming the personal project coordinator. Management is very understanding and has allowed me to set up a variety of different sports teams.

Swim - Afloat - or Drown.

Focused on your work and career advancement by continuously learning and build good rapport with the superiors. Rule of thumb is always ask for guidance otherwise you will be drown in your own piling of workload. One must be good in multi-tasking to meet endless datelines. Be prepared to adapt to changes.

Pros

Cpd, supportive colleagues

Cons

workload affecting personal life, average salary with empty promises on yearly increment despite good feedback from superior, favoritism, annual bonus is given separately but you are not entitled for it once contract ends.
