The working environment is fun but the management is bad

The company manufactures electronics such as vaccum and phone.the job overall is good but the management is bad since they don't really do their job and keep on cursing on you for something you didn't do

Not-so great environment

Having a bias environment, choose Quantity over Quality, no Work life balance, didn't offer any good benefits. not-so good management. No career growth. Bad culture

Good place to start your career

13 months salary, quarterly bonus, free breakfast and lunch, provide medical insurance that cover partner and child. Overall the benefits are good.

Management is good.Fast phase working environment. Dont come here if you cant adapt changes.Customer is very demanding and many task to complete within short LT.

Challenging

Flex is an immediate working place environment especially for the fresh grads. As time goes by, however, I think its better for us to have new environment and the surroundings. My suggestion is to change the boss for every 4 years maximum to improve the efficiency in working and also for the engagements.

Work mate ok but some of the leader is toxic. Pay is good but sometimes ignore employees need and force on doing something rather than find the solution for the problem.

Bad experience with flex ptp operators

Operator always complain want easy job but high pay. Some local operators have lack discipline, dont like being instructed, lack manner in work and also only do properly their job if big boss walk in. Please balance local and foreign operators so local will feel challenged and improve their work attitude.

High turnover

Everyone in the team was leaving the company when I first joined and despite people leaving one by one, management does not seem to try to dig into the real issue that was faced by the team and the department as a whole.

Fast pace and quite stressful but a lot to learn

A very good place to learn but quite stressful and workload is high. If you want to challenge yourself this is a good place to work.Have a strong MES system and right now actively going towards IR4.0 and automation. As an engineer who always need to work with data and information, Flex is doing it so well.

Normal company with bad supervisor , cannot grow your carrier

my advise dont enter to this company , your carrier will be death here . There is few bad supervisor there with very low attitude .One day you will catch by them and get warning letter every year .A very big name company but manage by very bad supervisor

Fast changing and rapid growth

Projects based works are more uncertain and lots of the knowledge and experience to gain from the multiple projects work-based.General department is more stable and less competitive

I really enjoy working here, lots of things to learn and ooportunity. Have classes available and purchaseable. Great support from team is always what we are looking everywhere especially if you have a great working environment
